hokkien.me is live!

So after a few weeks of working on this.. hokkien.me is live today - 26 September 2026.

The content and code and website was all generated with z.ai GLM-5.3, sometimes using Deepseek to fix bugs GLM could not.

The content went through multiple rounds of review ensuring as much authenticity as possible including my own expertise in frying Hokkien mee. (Yes I do mean version!). The final version of the lessons also went through AI Singapore's SEA-LION to ensure I did not miss anything.

(and yes I provided context of the AI-First Nation book, my articles and pre-genAI AI For Everyone materials I created) - to ensure the site sound like me.

The images were initially part of the content pipeline, but was never good enough, and in the end I had to manually prompt and create each one in Google Gemini.

This work is an extension of the single slide I have in my AI For Everyone - where I used frying Hokkien mee to explain the machine learning process.
