Intro - Harish

Hi everyone, I’m an ICT Project Manager in the international K-12 school sector here in Singapore. My day-to-day is mostly about taking new strategic ideas and turning them into actual, working system and application projects on the ground.

I’m here to start small with AI, essentially looking at how to use it as a practical virtual assistant or project coordinator for my own daily workload, like streamlining project tracking, documentation, and follow-ups.

I’ve been in IT for about three decades across SIs, telecom, government, and education, so I’m happy to help anyone struggling to get different teams, tech staff, and vendors on the same page to actually manage operations or deliver projects. Happy to share what I've learned so far, and learn new areas in the AI space from you along the way.
